To formulate and adopt the policy of the Sector, by guaranteeing the strengthening of democracy and the Social Status of Law in order to ensure peace, pacific coexistence, legal order, the defense of the Nation interests, and the free exercise of fundamental rights of all people with no distinction whatsoever.
